Bitcoin and Ethereum have things working in their favour -- but which of the two is likely to come out on top?

With miners from China dropping off the map, the mining difficulty for Bitcoin has seen a drop. That means there are less people verifying transactions, and those transactions are easier to verify.

Meanwhile, Ethereum’s volumes are blowing up. It even managed to get ahead of Bitcoin for a bit.

And, right now, both the cryptocurrencies are racing head-to-head. The question of which one of the two will come out head remains undecided.
