Depends on what you mean by ‘ban’. They’re only be able to ban bank transactions, which means you can still get away with trading if you have a foreign bank account. Plus, P2P transfers will still be possible, that means your tokens will still your to hold even though cashing them out may prove to be more difficult that before.
